CEO & Founder of TRU HOOP, Teris Bourgeois is an an athlete and motivational speaker dedicated to pushing limits and proving there are no excuses. Every morning before the world wakes up, he is out training whether it’s the freezing cold, the blazing heat or anything in between. The mission is simple; to inspire discipline, focus, and relentless drive. Through his content, he shows what it means to stay in shape, sharpen the mind, and win the day before it even begins. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just work.

Our private elite training practices dribbling, passing, and shooting through age appropriate drills, while also understanding the importance of teamwork, responsibility, and perseverance. They will learn how to properly train and to have the mindset to support their athletic and personal goals. Our goal is to have each child see how there skills and values from basketball can open doors in sports and life beyond the court.
